The work explores the disarming effect of humor. While humor, at times, can be vital when considering profound issues, producing a psychological distancing important to undertanding, at other times humor can act as an detriment if the distance prevents action.
“t.f.mutton” is a pseudonym used by Adam Graham. Mutton came-of-age in the Post-Apocalyptic Punk scene of Port Tobacco, Maryland, designing show posters for bands like I Think I Ate A Radioactive Donut, Even Roaches Didn’t Quite Make It, and The B-Turds. His unembellished style has won no awards or prizes, but has gotten him free drinks at local bars.
